The prices are based on the size of your network and how complex we think the type of work required might be. And, in keeping with our ethical, transparent policy, you'll never be charged any unexpected fees.

Contract Lengths
Long contracts can be a pain. They can be tough for the client to get out of and they can make the IT support company complacent. And nobody wants that. That's why our bronze and silver contracts are just one month long. This ensures that, as our customer, you'll stick with us, not because you're tied into a long contract, but because of the quality of service you're getting. Short contracts are long on value.
However, our Gold and Platinum contracts are three and 12 months. Why's that? It's because we offer so much more in those contracts. On Platinum, for example, you get full hardware and software installation. Now, if we did that, and you left us after one month, we'd be pretty much out of pocket. That said, if you want Platinum service without the new hardware and software rollouts, then, no worries. We can be flexible about our contract terms.
- Bronze – 1month

Patch management – Fully automated Windows patch management
Virus log monitoring – Monitoring of PC virus software to help ensure safe and virus-free networking
Helpdesk remote control – Secure, safe remote access to your computers from anywhere
Weekly backup check – A weekly check to ensure your backup software is running and all your important files are being backed up
Computer cleanup – Various activities to fix and repair your PC, e.g., spyware clean, defragmentation, temp files cleanup, startup items removal.
Plus:
- Unlimited number of helpdesk calls and troubleshooting incidents/month
- Onsite support at no extra charge if we can't fix the issue remotely
- Restoration of backups
- Minor tasks, e.g., addition of user accounts with email facilities.
Silver
Bronze package PLUS:
Hardware change notification – Monitoring your hardware so that we're notified of changes
Daily backup check – Ensures your backup software is running and all your important files are being backed up
ISP management – We can liaise directly with your ISP provider to resolve issues
Domain name management – Resolving issues with your domain names, emails, MX and SPF records.
Plus:
- Unlimited number of helpdesk calls and troubleshooting incidents/month
- Onsite support at no extra charge if we can't fix the issue remotely
- Restoration of backups
- Disaster recovery
- Minor tasks, e.g., adding user accounts with email facilities.
Gold
Silver package PLUS:
Application deployment – Complete software installations at no extra charge
Onsite engineer – An extra 60 minutes every month carrying out IT and communications-related administration work for you
Free space monitoring – Monitoring the free space on your server – if it starts to get too low, we'll take action
Backup test (every six months) – No backup is complete until it has being tested.
Plus:
- Unlimited number of helpdesk calls and troubleshooting incidents/month
- Onsite support at no extra charge if we can't fix the issue remotely
- Restoration of backups
- Disaster recovery
- Minor tasks, e.g., adding user accounts with email facilities.
Platinum
Gold package PLUS:
Procurement advice and research – Researching and managing your IT-related procurement
New equipment installation (replacement) – New equipment installed at no extra cost.
Asset management notification – Seamless integration with the PC Inventory feature to manage your computing infrastructure.
Strategy planning – Advice on using IT to move your business forward.
Plus:
- Unlimited number of helpdesk calls and troubleshooting incidents/month
- Onsite support at no extra charge if we can't fix the issue remotely
- Restoration of backups
- Disaster recovery
- Minor tasks, e.g., adding user accounts with email facilities.
